Return & Refund Policy
At Robot Zone, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This return policy applies to all products purchased from robotzone.ca.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligible Products for Return
We accept returns in the following cases:
✔️ Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not functioning properly, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.
✔️ Non-Defective Products
You may also return a non-defective product if:
- the product is in its original condition,
- unused,
- in its complete original packaging.
Return shipping fees may apply (see “Return Fees” section).
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- used or user-damaged products,
- items without original packaging,
- customized or special-order products,
- gift cards.
4. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at:

Please include:
- Order number
- Full name and email address
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the product (if defective)
Return instructions or a return label will be provided depending on the situation.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- If approved, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for:
- defective products,
- incorrect items received,
- non-defective items (depending on availability).
If the replacement item is out of stock, a refund may be offered.
7. Return Fees
Fees depend on the reason for the return:
✔️ Defective item / Robot Zone error
→ Returns are free.
✔️ Non-defective item returns
→ The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
(This policy is compatible with dropshipping operations.)
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Once shipped, they must follow the standard return process.
9. Delivery Delays
If a package does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
A replacement or refund may be offered depending on the outcome.
